Yes, all our vehicles have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

All our vehicle come free with unlimited km with rental within the Province of Ontario. If leaving the province, we have a set maximum of 200 km/day. Our Luxury/ Prestige Fleet has a maximum of 150 free km per day.

No, the minimum hire period is 24 hours. We do offer a ‘White Glove Chauffeur’ service that is available by the hour however, with prices starting from $199 per hour. This service allows you to be driven by a professional chauffeur in the luxury or sports car of your choice.

Our weekend package starts from 4pm on the Friday of the booking and the ends at 10am on the Monday.

No, you can make a booking by using debit or cash payment by visiting our offices in person. We also accept credit card payments for deposits on all vehicle bookings and for any security deposits. Standard bookings require a card on file for insurance and/or damage protection.

Yes, we accept presentation of an International Driver's License. You must however also produce an International License Permit, a Passport or another form of Identification when making your booking.

Yes, we can arrange for delivery of your rental vehicle to the location of your choice, within the Greater Toronto Area area only.

There is no bond required to hire one of our vehicles however we do require a Pre Authorization (Hold on your Credit Card) when you collecting the vehicle on the day. Pre-Auth amount is usually the total rental cost plus $200 for standard vehicles and can vary from $1000.00– $5,000.00 for luxury or prestige vehicles , depends on which vehicle is being rented.

Your pre authorization will automatically be released as soon as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as which it was picked up (It can take approximately 5-7 working days for funds to clear depending on your financial institution or credit card company).If damage is sustained to a vehicle while on rental it can take up to 10 weeks for your pre authorization to be returned as insurance excesses need to be determined.

A report and inspection will occur upon you returning the vehicle in which we would then follow up with a further assessment of the vehicle. You will then be contacted within 5 business days with a timeframe as to the repair of the vehicle and the steps we will follow to have your dispute resolved.

No you cannot claim back HST paid for a service.

All rentals cancelled within 24 hours of the rental will not receive a refund. 48 hours for Luxury Vehicles. Any rentals cancelled prior to 48 hours before pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
